Tessa Walker, M.P.H., (Research Infrastructure Core
Director), serves as Associate Director/Program Manager for the Shaw UNC-CH
Center for Prostate Cancer Research and Core Director of the Research
Infrastructure Core of the Carolina-Shaw Partnership for the Elimination
of Health Disparities grant. Mrs. Walker is a graduate of The George
Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services. She
is an experienced Research Assistant/Associate, having participated in
health and medical related research in private industry and University
settings. Her research interests include minority health disparities and
public health delivery systems for women and children.
