National Drug Abuse Treatment System Survey (NDATSS) of outpatient substance abuse treatment units dedicated primarily to treating individuals with substance abuse problems (including alcohol and other drugs) on an ambulatory (non-residential) basis. Consultation involves the examination of culturally competent substance abuse treatment organizations, the level of culturally competent treatment that African American Substance Abusers receive and its impact on use of services and treatment outcomes.
